Sean Diddy’s Lawyers Refuse To Back Down After He Was Denied Bail AGAIN

On Wednesday, a day after a judge in New York ordered him to stay in jail until his trial, Combs was again denied bail.

He had initially been denied bail when he appeared in court on Tuesday.

The rapper’s lawyers immediately appealed the judge’s decision to deny him bail.

They then went back to court the following day to argue the case.

In a letter to the judge, Comb’s lawyers stated that the conditions at the Brooklyn jail were not conducive to his trial.

His lawyers also proposed that he be placed under house arrest with a 24-hour security team.

According to his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, Combs wanted to surrender his internet and cell phone so he can prepare for his trial.

However, the judge who denied his bail noted that there were no conditions that would allow him to avoid disrupting the justice system.

Combs, who was wearing the same clothes that he had worn during his first court appearance, looked down at the defense table as the judge announced his decision.

A grand jury in New York indicted Combs on charges of racketeering and fraud.

According to the indictment, he was accused of engaging in prostitution and trafficking multiple women.

Emily Johnson, a US Attorney, said that Combs was a serial abuser who had been ignored by law enforcers for years.

The indictment, which was obtained by PEOPLE, stated that Combs had coerced several women into performing in what he referred to as “freak offs.”

These performances were allegedly orchestrated and featured the use of electronic recordings.

The victims were threatened with the loss of their livelihoods and careers if they did not participate in the acts.

The indictment stated that during the incidents, Combs would often hit, kicked, and drag the victims by their hair, causing injuries that could take days or weeks to fully heal.

Johnson told the court that the allegations were a core part of the case, as she stated that the rapper had a propensity for violent outbursts.

More than 50 witnesses had been interviewed by the prosecutors, and law enforcers had also seized over 90 devices, including multiple thumb drives and iCloud accounts, in support of the charges.

During raids on his homes in California and Florida in March, the law enforcers were able to recover three AR-15 rifles.

In addition, the prosecutors stated that they found over a thousand bottles of lubricant and baby oil, which they believe were used in the incidents.
