The famous singer refused to take a breathalyser test, and his mugshot went viral on social media.
Since his arrest, Timberlake has been released without bail.
His fans have been waiting to see if his ex-girlfriend, Britney Spears, would react to his situation.

On Tuesday, she posted a picture of a cocktail on Instagram, and some of her followers were confused by the caption.
Sharing the picture, Spears wrote, “#littlethingsyouknow.” She then added two flower emojis and an exclamation point.
She and Timberlake were known to have dated from 1999 to 2002.
In her autobiography, Spears revealed that she had an abortion when she was with Timberlake due to his unwillingness to have children.
Since she and Timberlake split up, he has been married to actress Jessica Biel.
Spears’ Instagram post could have been interpreted as a subtle dig at her ex.
