According to prosecutors, the 39-year-old man from Austria killed Leon by throwing him into a river. He then pretended to have been attacked by muggers.

Leon’s body was found in the Kitzbheer Ache river on August 29th, 2022.

According to his father, Florian, he was attacked by a mystery robber while he was walking home from a late-night pram walk.

After falling unconscious, he woke up to find his son missing. He then told the police that he believes the child fell into the river.

According to an Austrian newspaper, the suspect and his wife offered a $50,000 reward for information that could lead to the arrest of the mugger.

However, as the police started investigating the case, they learned that the suspect had also searched for details about how people would behave after being knocked out.

The prosecutors claim that the child’s injuries were caused by his father hitting himself over the head with a bottle of Prosecco.

As the trial started on July 17, the suspect denied killing his son. According to the prosecutors, he killed the boy due to his condition, which is known as SYNGAP1 syndrome.

According to the prosecutor, the suspect killed his son to make it look like he was a victim of a robbery. However, his lawyer claims that there is no proof against his client.

The defense claims that there is also no proof against the suspect due to the various factors that affected his condition.

However, he maintains that he was attacked at the point where he fell unconscious. The verdict will be delivered on August 1.
