This year, he announced that 67-year-old Larry died due to a heart attack.

After launching a fundraising drive to help the family bury Larry, Mark was met with an unpleasant surprise.

He learned that the patriarch was still alive. In a video posted on YouTube, Larry can be seen talking about his supposed demise.

Mark said he gave the family $1,000 to help with the funeral, but BJ, the daughter of Larry, later apologized and asked for forgiveness.

He then gave another $700 to help her move to North Carolina. Unfortunately, Mark later learned that he had actually kept the money.

In a video update released in Spring 2024, Mark talked to Jason, Larry’s cousin.

After Jason admitted that he had been in rehab, Mark noted that he was the only person in the family who genuinely told him the truth.

BJ, Betty, and Larry had all lied to Mark, and he called Kenneth, who had been honest with him.

After watching our last video, Larry called Mark and asked for $700 to take BJ to North Carolina.

Mark told them that he would continue his relationship with them if they would just take BJ away from her family.

However, after Larry agreed to take her, Mark noted that he would no longer be with them if they were lying to him. He later learned that BJ had never left and that Kenneth had lied.

After learning that Kenneth and the other family members lied to him, Mark decided that he was done.

He asked Jason what he thought about the future of the family, and he noted that BJ might not leave if there was a source of money. However, Mark noted that the state had already given the family money before he became involved.

Jason and Mark both agree that it is best to just walk away from the family. The Whittakers live in Odd, West Virginia.

The inbreeding of the family started when John and Henry’s children got married. They then went on to have children.

Harry and Sally had seven children, and John Isom Whittaker was one of them. He then fell in love with Ada Rigg, his first cousin.

The couple had nine kids, including a daughter named Gracie Irene in 1920.
