This is because the items’ packaging may provide misleading information.

If you’ve ever cooked food and then opened the door to find that half of it is ruined and the other half uncooked, this could be the reason.

In a video posted on Instagram, the company explained that customers should not trust the internal volumes of their products.

Andrew Laughlin noted that the actual amount of food that’s cooked is usually around 60 to 80%.

He advised customers to disregard the internal volumes of their air fryers, as manufacturers often claim that they have the capacity to handle large quantities of food.

Customers should inspect the cooking space and basket for any signs of overfilling, as this can cause food to cook unevenly.

According to the expert, the true capacity of air fryers is typically around 60% to 80%, which is less than the advertised maximum.

Laughlin also stated that people should avoid buying the cheapest model when they need one.

He advised people to spend around $80 on a new air fryer when they’re in the market.

However, he noted that a decent model usually costs around $100.

He said that cheaper models tend to feel flimsy and cook unevenly.

Although air fryers can be cheaper to operate than an oven, he warned that people should be realistic and noted that they would require frequent use.

He said that even if people saved around ten to 40% for each meal, they would still have to run the unit several times to recoup their money.
