She said that she always calls Laura Dern, her Big Little Lies co-star, by her last name because it’s the same as her last name.
When asked by her co-star, Nicole Kidman, what it was like to call the actor from Jurassic Park, she offered an excellent explanation.
During an interview with Vanity Fair, Kidman revealed that she dislikes how she is called Laura Dern.
She said that she doesn’t use the name because it’s similar to her last name.
As she realized her mistake, Witherspoon continued to explain that she also has a similar last name.
When she was asked her real name, the actress said that she’s Laura Jeanne, and she added that she and her co-star can’t be Laura.
