In Utah, Richard Hendrickson and his daughter, who was 16 years old, died after a bulldozer fell on their vehicle.
The incident occurred at around 12:49 p.M.
According to the UHP, a tow truck traveling eastbound collided with an SUV.
According to officials, the bulldozer fell off a truck and hit the vehicle, which killed both Sally and her father.
Their family was in the car when the accident occurred.
Besides being a father, Richard was also the president and CEO of a company that manufactures outdoor equipment and furniture.
In a statement, the company said that it was deeply saddened by the sudden death of its CEO.
Richard was also a Stake President of the Mormon church in Utah.
He was born and raised in Ogden.
