The event, which was held at a facility that’s surrounded by barbed wire, featured 19 prisoners who ran 52 miles around the prison track.

Although details about Maxwell’s participation were not revealed, her lawyer said that the event was organized by the facility’s warden.

Arthur Aidala noted that Maxwell was preparing to appeal on March 12. She’s also been taking part in various forms of exercise, such as Pilates and yoga.

According to her attorney, Maxwell looked great. Her diet in prison consists of a lot of carbohydrates, which can cause her to gain weight.

The 62-year-old was captured on the track wearing gray sweats. She’s serving a sentence of 20 years for sex trafficking.

Aside from the exercise, Maxwell’s life in prison is not as relaxing as it sounds. Aidala described it as frightening, especially since she’s being held at a low-security facility.

He said that the Florida prison where she’s being held is unlike the facilities in New York City, such as the Rikers Island and the Brooklyn House of Detention.

There, there are barbed wire all around the place.

In 2021 Maxwell was convicted of sex trafficking and recruiting young women to be abused by Jeffrey Epstein, a prominent financier.

According to Aidala, she came to her meeting with him with a stack of papers.

She’s very knowledgeable about her case, and she’s focused on her appeal, according to Aidala.

Maxwell will not be able to attend her March hearing, which will be held in front of the US Appeals Court for the Second Circuit.

During the session, her lawyers will make their case why her case should be dismissed, saying that she was not given a fair trial.

The daughter of Robert Maxwell, who was a prominent press baron, has been helping other women in prison, her lawyer said.
