Nicki Minaj has launched a blistering attack on California Governor Gavin Newsom, condemning his stance on trans policies and declaring his career is ‘finished’. The rapper, known for her unapologetic views, took to social media to unleash a series of scathing posts that left Newsom’s team reeling.

Minaj’s fury was sparked by Newsom’s recent comments on trans competitors in women’s sports, in which he said he wants to ‘see trans kids’. The rapper hit back, accusing Newsom of being out of touch with reality and more concerned with his own image. ‘Imagine being the guy running on wanting to see trans kids,’ she wrote. ‘Not even a trans ADULT would run on that. Normal adults wake up & think they want to see HEALTHY, SAFE, HAPPY kids. Not Gav.’

Minaj also took aim at Newsom’s perceived ‘cute boy’ persona, suggesting he has been given special treatment due to his looks. ‘Gavin is the cute boy who got everything handed to him b/c of how cute & sexy & hot & smoking he was,’ she said. ‘He thinks he’s Tom Cruise. Only difference is, his next mission IS impossible.’

The rapper concluded her tirade by declaring it was the ‘end of the road’ for Newsom’s career, advising him to ‘get on the nearest jet ski & let that beautiful hair blow in the wind’. Newsom’s team has yet to respond to Minaj’s brutal takedown, leaving many to wonder if the governor can recover from the damage.
